DICE - AN OVERVIEW

With the release with the 4th edition of Dungeons & Dragons in 2008, Wizards on the Coast revoked the original d20STL, replacing it by using a new license specifically for D&D, often known as the Game process License. The terms of this license are much like the d20STL, but there's no related OGL or Open Content, plus the 4th-edition SRD simply list
